When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Desview may accept or decline an order for any reason. An order is not accepted until Desview confirms acceptance and receives payment. Review your order before submitting, as cancellation may not be possible after acceptance.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export unless agreed in a separate B2B contract.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed and shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

Shopify enables us to provide the Services, but sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Desview. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Desview, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Desview.

If any provision is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain valid.
